Street Fighter 第二季Guile and Blanka take a trip to the Middle East to cool hostilities between Arabs and Israelis, but Blanka's temper gets the best of him, and he attacks them all. Vega, watching this drama unfold on a prison TV set, swears revenge against Blanka for destroying his face. Vega easily escapes, and flies to Hawaii for a final battle while taking Mei Lei, Blanka's love interest, hostage. Blanka almost manages to kill Vega, but with the combined efforts of Mei Lei, Guile and Chun-Li, they were able to prevent Vega's tragic death at the hands of Blanka.
